Wireframes visualize the user interface based on all the information gathered about the new application, the user and the tasks. In the wireframes the different navigation and content elements are placed and the navigation flow is developed. Wireframes give a clear view to the client, the developper and the designer how the application or website will look like.
Using wireframe prototypes, the application can quickly be tested and validated by end users. This allows us to examine, early in the project, if the screens and navigation flows are logically build and user friendly. There are different types of prototypes which can be used:
- Paper prototypes
- White labelled prototypes (without graphic design)
- Clickable prototypes (with graphic design)
Depending on the type of application and the project, the most suitable prototype will be chosen.
